Convention GM console — the always-on Director Rail (pacing & drift), dice rule-packs, NPC & art generators, and the clue safety-net. Offline-first.

The story companion for phones and folding phones. No stats, no dice, no props — just each game's premise, the GM-only truth, the through-line, and the acts on a spine with how to open and hand off between them. Calm, one page at a time, offline.

The con kit, responsive. On a laptop: dense multi-column layout, hover, and keyboard shortcuts (1–9 tabs, F fullscreen). On the tablet: big touch targets, single column in portrait. Same six consoles, handouts and art. Offline once loaded.

Rebuilt for a colour e-paper tablet: black-on-white for a reflective panel, every animation removed, clocks throttled 20× and the idle animation 60× so the screen stops refreshing, plus a ⟳ button to clear ghosting.

Whiteboard for notes and maps at the table. Pen and eraser, square or dot grid, multiple pages, undo, and Save PNG. Stylus pressure and palm rejection; autosaves and survives a reload. Also inside each console header.

The original con kit — con-desk hub, all six consoles, handouts and art. Tablet-landscape layout, unchanged and proven. Installable, fully offline.
